Community and others,
Whoever bought the
dinner tickets or about to buy dinner tickets, it is unfortunate that we have
to inform you that we will not have the beef tenderloin because the catering we
had originally worked with just informed us that they have a conflict in their
bookings and they chose to cancel our booking.
On the poster and
ticket it indicated ‘beef tenderloin’ for dinner.
Just to let you
know that we have been working hard and have found a different caterer. We will now be having chicken for our
Christmas Dinner, not beef tenderloin.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
We look forward to
seeing everyone for the WAD Annual Christmas Dinner and Draw on Saturday,
December 14, 2013 beginning at 5:30 with cocktail and then Dinner at 6:00
p.m.
