Chrysalis 2013 kicks off with a highly anticipated opening for the very first Manitoba Deaf Art show ever held in an art gallery in Winnipeg on Friday, October 25, 2013 from 7:30 to 9:30 pm at Gallery Lacosse.
The evening will showcase 11 very talented juried Deaf artists from Manitoba and Alberta with guest artist Joshua Lacosse. Live performance by ASL Storyteller Christine Mitchell and video storytelling by artist Joanna Hawkins.
The event is communication accessible, ASL interpreters will be available to bridge communications.
